1 kg = ? pound

Lately, I love to watch "The Biggest Loser" at Hallmark Channel (702). Although it is the repeat one, I still enjoy watching it.

The weight loss in this series is measured in pound (lb). But in our country, we already familiarized ourselves with the SI system, which use kilogram (kg). Do you guys know how many pounds equal to one kg? Here:

1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds

That one I found from Google. It is the same when I calculate it again with my calculator. So, after this, whenever you watch "The Biggest Loser", u may calculate how many kg that the contestant lose during that particular week.

P/s - Really impressed with a contestant who lost 26 pounds in one week which equal to 11.8kg (26/2.205). Giler ar!

salam. ajis, kat UK ni kalau timbang berat badan, diorg guna 'stone'. eg: Ajis gain X stone after eating so much during Aidilfitri. hahaha... tp saya pun tak tau 1 stone tu berapa kg or berapa pound.

Oh!Byk lah nak komen. The Biggest Loser ni, tgk tak pemenang yg season berapa tuh? Lelaki tu, after 1 or 2 years menang tu, berat dia naik berganda2 berbanding dgn berat sblm dia join siri ni. Reason is dlm rancangan ni ada trainer & such, tp kat luar sana payah le nak keep up kan. Kita ni pun kalau ada trainer & dietician bagai, boleh je nak selim melim tu.
